Four years after Krista Joiner filed for divorce from Xzibit, the former couple has been declared legally single. On Monday, April 28, the rapper and actor's request for bifurcation was granted and they were both "restored to the status of single persons," according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. Xzibit (born Alvin Joiner), 50, filed for bifurcation — which separates marital status from divorce proceedings regarding child and spousal support — on April 24.
